Written steps are the source of truth for this guide.
Videos and screenshots are supporting demonstrations. Follow the written steps and confirm the current screen, account, registry, and resource state before acting.
Start with a sale request if you want the i.lease team to source a buyer and present a proposal. Use Sell > My Listings if you want to publish and manage a self-service listing for an approved prefix. The two routes have different entry requirements.
Choose your starting point
- Get a sale proposal: submit the prefixes, your target net proceeds, and availability. You do not need an account, company onboarding, a deposit, or a public listing to submit this initial request.
- Open Sell > My Listings: sign in and use your company workspace to publish an approved prefix with your own listing terms.
- For recurring rental income instead of a sale, use Managed IPv4 Leasing. A sale request is not a leasing-out instruction.
Submit a sale request and keep its reference
- On the sale page, enter the specific IPv4 prefixes. Add your target net proceeds in USD and the date the resources can be delivered if known.
- Enter your name and email. Company, telephone, and additional notes are optional. Describe any known transfer or availability constraints in the notes.
- Submit the request and keep the confirmation reference and private progress link. Your target is a preference for the proposal; submitting it does not confirm a buyer, authorize a sale, or complete ownership checks.
- If the result is unconfirmed, use Retry submission to recover the same request rather than creating a duplicate.
Keep your private progress link confidential. Use the proposal's separate read-only sharing or download action for internal review when available. A shared review copy does not grant acceptance, signing, or payment authority.
Review net proceeds and the next action
The progress page shows the current status, next action, and any recorded blocker. Review the quantity and prefixes, buyer or resource confirmation, seller net proceeds, fees and who pays them, pricing mode, proposal version and expiry, and the separate sourcing and delivery estimates. An unconfirmed detail remains to be confirmed.
A reference estimate or a proposal awaiting sourcing is not an executable quote. Review the current executable terms before accepting. Company authorization and the necessary ownership and identity checks still apply before execution. Continue through the linked existing transaction for SPA signing, any payment action assigned to you, transfer, and settlement. A target date is not a guaranteed completion date.
If you associate the request with your verified account, return through My Mandates. Existing self-service listings and bids remain under Sell.
Create a self-service sell listing
For this route, sign in with the appropriate company access and review any Platform Bidding Terms & Conditions shown before using Buy or Sell.
- Open Sell > My Listings and choose Add New Listing.
- Wait for the current listing requirements and available prefixes to load. The Minimum listing price per IP is a platform threshold, not a market average or promised sale value.
- Select the approved IP Prefix you want to sell and choose the LOA Required option appropriate to the listing. This selection does not itself verify ownership or complete a transfer.
- Enter your Buyout Unit Price and Minimum Unit Sell Price in USD. Review the calculated Total Buyout Price and Minimum Total Sell Price; the total fields are read-only. Listing prices are not a confirmed net-proceeds proposal.
- Set the Bidding Deadline, check Ends On, and read the matching terms shown before submitting.
- After submission, open the listing detail to review its terms, bid history, and transaction state.
Distinguish a loading error from no available prefixes
If requirements fail to load, use Retry loading; submission remains unavailable. Closing and reopening the form loads current requirements again.
If loading succeeds and the form says No approved IP prefixes are available for selling yet, use Add IP to Sell to follow the existing resource onboarding flow. An initial sale request can still be submitted through the sale page without first creating a public listing.
Continue an existing matched sale
Open the matching listing or bid and verify the transaction reference and your role. Review the SPA before signing, and use the actions available for the current case. If a payment action is assigned to you, verify the actual amount, fee responsibility, deadline, and payment instructions. Do not assume that a seller must pay the buyer's purchase amount or that an illustrative fee rate applies to your case.
Follow the case's transfer and settlement requirements and keep the final contract and settlement records. This guide does not promise escrow, a fixed completion period, or automatic refunds. For an unclear amount, unavailable resource, or blocked next step, contact i.lease with the request or transaction reference, without sharing private access links or credentials.
