Registration Demo Video
Watch the registration workflow demo below before creating a new account.
Before You Start
- Use an email address that has not already been registered in i.lease.
- Prepare your personal contact details, including first name, last name, country, country code, and mobile number.
- Choose your preferred language and timezone so the workspace can show the correct regional settings.
- Create a password that is 8 to 16 characters and includes more than one character type.
Step 1: Open the Registration Page
- Open the i.lease website.
- Click Register from the header or login entry point.
- The registration form opens for a new user account.
Step 2: Fill In Account Information
| Field | What to enter |
|---|---|
| Your login email address. It must be unique in i.lease. | |
| Password | 8 to 16 characters, not only numbers and not only letters. |
| Confirm Password | Enter the same password again. |
| First Name / Last Name | The user name shown in account and company workflows. |
| Country / Country Code / Mobile | Contact information used for account and operational follow-up. |
| Language / Timezone | Regional preferences for the i.lease workspace. |
Step 3: Submit Registration
- Review every required field before submitting.
- Click Register or the final submit button on the page.
- If a validation message appears, correct the highlighted field and submit again.
- After successful registration, i.lease creates the user account and signs the user in.
Step 4: Continue Account Setup
After the user account is created, complete any company or profile information required by the workspace before starting operational workflows.
- Complete the company profile if the system asks for company details.
- Upload or maintain company registration documents when required by your account workflow.
- Confirm the active company context before using Lease In or Lease Out features.
Troubleshooting
- Email already exists: use a different email address or sign in with the existing account.
- Password validation fails: use 8 to 16 characters with mixed character types.
- Mobile validation fails: use only digits, spaces, hyphens, or parentheses, and keep the number between 7 and 15 characters.
- Country code validation fails: choose or enter a valid dialing code beginning with
+.
Quick Tips
- Register with the email address your team will use for daily i.lease operations.
- Keep language and timezone accurate so notifications and displayed times are easier to review.
- Finish company setup before placing orders, importing supplier IPs, or submitting marketplace workflows.
