Written steps are the source of truth for this guide.
Videos and screenshots are supporting demonstrations. Follow the written steps and confirm the current screen, account, registry, and resource state before acting.
Start with a purchase request if you want the i.lease team to source a proposal. Use Buy > My Listings if you want to publish and manage a self-service marketplace listing. These are separate ways to start a purchase.
Choose your starting point
- Get a purchase proposal: submit your target, receive a request reference, and follow sourcing and proposals through your private progress link. You do not need an account, company onboarding, a deposit, or a public listing to submit this initial request.
- Open Buy > My Listings: sign in and use your company workspace to set listing prices, review bids, and continue an existing self-service transaction.
- Browse public listings: compare published opportunities. A visible listing does not confirm current availability or an executable price.
Submit a purchase request and keep its reference
- On the purchase page, enter an address quantity or choose a prefix size. Add a target RIR, total budget in USD, and desired completion date if known.
- Enter your name and email. Company, telephone, and additional notes are optional. If you arrived from a selected marketplace listing, keep that listing reference with the request.
- Submit the request. Keep the confirmation reference and private progress link. A submitted budget is your preference; it is not an accepted bid or a guaranteed quote.
- If the result is unconfirmed, use Retry submission to recover the same request. Do not start a second request simply because the first response was lost.
Keep your private progress link confidential. Use the proposal's read-only sharing or download action for internal review when available; a review copy does not give another person authority to accept, sign, or pay.
Review a proposal and follow the transaction
The progress page shows the current status, next action, and any recorded blocker. Review the address quantity, RIR or resource, buyer total, fee responsibility, proposal version and expiry, and the separate sourcing and delivery estimates. Missing details remain to be confirmed.
A reference estimate or a proposal awaiting sourcing is not an executable quote. If an executable quote is available, review its current terms before accepting. Acceptance does not replace company authorization, identity checks, or SPA signing. Follow the linked existing transaction for signing, payment, transfer, and settlement as those actions become available. A desired date is not a delivery commitment.
If you associate the request with your verified account, return through My Mandates. Your existing self-service listings and bids remain under Buy.
Create a self-service buy listing
For this route, sign in with the appropriate company access and review any Platform Bidding Terms & Conditions shown before using Buy or Sell.
- Open Buy > My Listings and choose Add New Listing.
- Wait for the current listing requirements to load. Minimum listing price per IP is a platform listing threshold, not a market average, valuation, or supplier quote.
- Select the IP Range and acceptable RIR options.
- Enter your Expected Unit Price and Highest Acceptable Unit Price in USD. Review the calculated expected and highest acceptable totals for the selected quantity; the total fields are read-only.
- Set the Bidding Deadline, check Ends On, and read the matching terms displayed in the form before submitting.
- Review the listing detail, bid history, and status after submission. A listing or bid is a different record from a purchase mandate.
Recover when listing requirements cannot load
If the form shows a loading error, use Retry loading. Submission stays unavailable until valid current requirements load. Closing and reopening the form reloads those requirements. Do not use an old screenshot, an example price, or a previous session's value as evidence of a current market price.
Continue an existing matched purchase
Open the matching listing or bid and check its transaction reference. Use Pay Now or SPA Sign only when offered for that transaction. Review the actual order amount, deposits, remaining payable amount, applicable fees, deadline, and available payment methods. Preview the contract and confirm your role before signing. This guide does not set a fee rate, payment order, transfer deadline, or refund entitlement.
If an amount, resource, authorization, or next action is unclear, contact i.lease with the request or transaction reference before proceeding. Do not include private access links or account credentials.
