For the i.lease / idolist Lease In workspace
The Lease In workspace is used to search for available IPv4 supply, place lease-in orders, complete checkout, and manage active contracts after payment.
This guide covers the main operational flow: Dashboard, Lease IP Address, Checkout, Contracts, and RPKI Removal Requests.

Before You Start
- Make sure your company profile and billing method are ready before placing a new lease-in order.
- Know the approximate block size, location, and price range you want to search for.
- If your team may need route, PTR, NS, or RPKI follow-up after activation, plan that workflow in advance.
Step 1: Use the Dashboard as the Operational Starting Point
Open Lease In > Dashboard to review the current operational state of your lease-in portfolio. This page is the fastest way to see whether you should start a new order, top up the wallet, pay an unpaid invoice, or sign a pending contract.
- Check Effective Orders to understand how many active lease-in orders you currently have.
- Check Wallet Balance if you plan to pay through the wallet flow.
- Check Unpaid Amount to identify invoices that still need payment.
- Check Contracts to Agree if the platform is waiting for contract confirmation.
- Use the action buttons on the cards to open the relevant operational page immediately.
Step 2: Search Supply in Lease IP Address
Open Lease In > Lease IP Address to build the search request that drives the new order flow. The form stores the main order parameters and passes them into the search results and subsequent ordering steps.
- Choose the target IP Block Size.
- Optionally narrow the search by RIR, Country, and City.
- If needed, add a partial Subnet match and a Price Range.
- Use the advanced filters such as Custom Terms Only, RPKI, rDNS, or Whois-related requirements when you need stricter sourcing rules.
- Click Search to open the results page and continue toward the order flow.
The search page is the right starting point when you already know the operational requirements of the IP space you want to lease in.
Step 3: Review the Order and Complete Checkout
After you choose the target supply, i.lease opens the checkout flow. This is where you confirm the current order summary, choose the payment method, and complete the required payment actions.
- Review the Order Summary carefully, including block size, location, term, and total amount.
- Choose one of the payment methods shown by the page, such as wallet, bank transfer, credit card, or subscription.
- If the selected payment method requires manual proof, upload the transfer voucher before completing checkout.
- Review the important notes shown on the page before continuing.
- Click Complete Checkout to finish the payment step and move into contract tracking.
Available payment options can vary by account, order type, and backend configuration. Use the options displayed by your current checkout page as the source of truth.
Step 4: Track and Manage Contracts
After the order is created, move to Lease In > Contracts. This page is the main operational hub for existing lease-in contracts and contract items.
- Use the search box to find a contract by code or related identifier.
- Use the contract status filter to focus on Active, Inactive, or all contracts.
- Open Detail for a currently active or already-paid contract.
- Use Checkout if the contract still has a pending payment step.
- Use Renew when the contract is eligible for renewal.
From contract detail pages, the lease-in workflow can continue into route configuration, PTR requests, NS requests, invoice downloads, renewals, and other operational follow-up actions depending on the state of the contract.
Step 5: Submit RPKI Removal Requests When Needed
If a leased prefix needs RPKI removal handling, open Lease In > RPKI Removal Requests. This page supports both request submission and request tracking.
- Enter the target IP Prefix.
- Enter the relevant ASN.
- Add a clear Justification for the removal request.
- Attach supporting files when the workflow requires proof or explanation documents.
- Submit the request, then monitor the request list for status updates.
Common Lease In Workflow
- Start in Dashboard if you want an overview or need to resolve pending actions quickly.
- Go to Lease IP Address when you need to search new supply.
- Move through Checkout to confirm the order and finish payment.
- Use Contracts to manage the live or pending contract after order creation.
- Use RPKI Removal Requests only when the leased resource needs that additional operational step.
Quick Tips
- Use the dashboard action cards as shortcuts instead of navigating page by page.
- Set search filters carefully before ordering so the result set matches your operational requirements.
- Always confirm the order summary and payment method before checkout.
- Track contract status after payment so you do not miss follow-up actions such as contract agreement, checkout completion, or renewal.
- Submit RPKI removal only for the exact prefixes and ASN combinations that require that request.
