IPv4 Transfers Available Between APNIC And LACNIC
According to an article published by The Internet Address Registry for Latin America and the Caribbean (LACNIC), it will start processing inter-RIR IPv4 Transfers.
The inter-RIR IPv4 transfer policy of LACNIC is compatible with the inter-RIR IPv4 transfer policy of APNIC and represents that APNIC can start to process IPv4 transfers among APNIC and LACNIC regions. However, the new LACNIC policy is not allow for inter-RIR transfer of ASNs.
